Vision Induction Cooker RE-VISION-XI-1201-Eco

Vision Induction Cooker RE-VISION-XI-1201-Eco is an inverter induction cooker that cooks without a flame — a magnetic field heats the base of the pan itself. Its inverter function draws only the power the setting calls for, which is how the maker arrives at a figure of up to 70% energy saving. Rated power is 2000W.

The cooking surface is a micro crystal plate, built to take superheat and to stay permanently resistant to discoloration, so it will not yellow after a year of daily use. Beneath it sits a super large coil panel that spreads heat across the whole base of the pan, giving this Vision 2000W Induction Cooker its high thermal efficiency.

Controls run through a touch sensor panel with a 4 digit display. Power is adjustable across 8 stages, temperature across a 60-270°C range, and the timer can be set for up to 3 hours. A child lock keeps small hands from changing a setting mid-cook, and dedicated modes cover hot pot, water, warm, milk, stir-fry and soup.

For homes where the mains wander, this Inverter Induction Cooker carries super wide voltage range adaptability from 90-275V. A self-lubricating fan pushes heat out quickly and overheating protection guards the electronics. If you are comparing the XI-1201-Eco with other cooktops, look at wattage, plate material, temperature range and voltage tolerance together — those four decide how useful the cooker really is.
