walton-manual-straight-classic-pressure-cooker-6-5l
Walton Manual Straight Classic Pressure Cooker 6.5L

Walton Manual Straight Classic Pressure Cooker 6.5L (model WPC-MSC650) is the large-capacity member of the Classic Series — a 6.5 Litre Pressure Cooker meant for households that cook in volume. Joint families, mess kitchens and guest cooking are where this size earns its place, because one round handles what a smaller cooker would need two for.

Compared with the 4.5 litre version, the footprint stays the same and the height grows: the cooker measures 410 × 225 × 215 mm, so it occupies the same burner space while holding two extra litres. The body is aluminium at 2.8 mm thickness with a mirror polishing exterior, and it weighs 1767±100 gm net.

The bottom on this Walton Classic Pressure Cooker is a non-induction type, so plan on gas, electric or oil stoves rather than an induction hob. Safety comes from a new and improved pressure releasing valve, a long lasting safety valve and gasket, and a heatproof strong Bakelite handle. The cover lid opens and closes easily, and cooking runs about 55% faster than in an open pot.

Anyone cross-checking this Manual Straight Pressure Cooker against other options should weigh capacity against stove type first. Gross weight is 2231±100 gm, the carton measures 420 × 235 × 225 mm, and it carries a 12 Years Official Warranty.

Highlights

6.5 litre capacity for joint families and bulk cooking

Aluminium body with 2.8 mm thickness

Non-induction type bottom

Manual straight design, Classic Series

Mirror polishing exterior

New and improved pressure releasing valve

Long lasting safety valve and gasket

Heatproof and strong Bakelite handle

Cover lid opens and closes easily

Gas, electric and oil stove compatible

55% faster cooking

Product dimension 410 × 225 × 215 mm, net weight 1767±100 gm

Warranty Information

12 Years Official Warranty

Important Usage Instructions

Do not use this cooker on an induction hob — the bottom is a non-induction type made for gas, electric and oil stoves.

Fill no more than two-thirds of the 6.5 litre volume, and only half when cooking dal, rice or anything that foams.

Inspect the gasket, safety valve and pressure releasing valve before each use and clear the vent if it looks blocked.

Lower the flame once pressure builds; a full 6.5 litre load takes longer to come down, so let it release naturally.

Hand wash the body and lid, dry the gasket separately, and store the cooker with the lid resting loosely on top.

Walton WPC-MSC650 Availability

Official warranty included, the Walton WPC-MSC650 pressure cooker is available at LM Electronics. LM Electronics is Walton's Official Dealer. Click here to view all Pressure Cookers.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1013/6866/0332/files/walton-manual-straight-classic-pressure-cooker-6-5l-200c799ed746ae.webp?v=1788415993
