Click Wall Fan 18″ Blue

Click Wall Fan 18″ is usually chosen for space reasons. A pedestal fan takes up walking room in a small flat or shop, and a table fan occupies half the table. A wall fan goes up on the wall, leaving both the floor and the table completely free.

The blade is 18 inches, which is at the larger end for a wall fan. Mounted high, it throws air over head height so the room circulates instead of one person taking the whole draught.

It has 90 degree oscillation, sweeping the air left and right. The blade is heavy duty plastic and the wire guard is corrosion resistant — in our humid weather an ordinary guard rusts, and this Click Wall Fan is built to resist that.

Before buying, think about where it will go: the wall needs to be solid and a socket should be within reach, because moving a wall fan after fitting is a nuisance.

Important Usage Instructions

• Switch off and unplug before cleaning; wipe the guard and blade with a dry cloth and keep water out of the motor housing.
• Never run the fan with the guard removed, bent or cracked, and keep children away from the grille.
• Dust on the blades unbalances them and makes the fan noisy — clean the blades every few weeks in dusty months.
• If the fan starts humming, vibrating or slowing down, switch it off and have it checked instead of running it on.
• Keep the motor away from rain and direct sun, and do not hang cloth or plastic over a running fan.
