Important Usage Instructions

• Never fill the cooker more than two-thirds full, and no more than half full for dal or anything that foams.
• Check that the vent and the safety valve are clear before every use.
• Let the pressure drop on its own before opening the lid — never force it.
• Keep the flame at or inside the base; flames licking up the sides damage the aluminium.
• Wash and dry the gasket after each use and replace it once it hardens or stops sealing.
