Rangs RG32HX 32″ HD LED Android Google TV

Rangs RG32HX 32″ HD LED Android Google TV is a small-room set — a bedroom, a dining space, a children's room or the sitting corner of a rented flat where there is simply no wall for a large screen. At 32 inches with HD resolution, the picture reads clean from a five to seven foot viewing distance.

The display type is LED and the operating system is Android, with the Google TV interface on top. In practice that means live channels and app content sit on the same home screen when you switch the set on, and nothing extra — no set-top box, no dongle — has to share the socket behind the TV. As an HD LED Android TV it does the everyday job without asking you to learn a new remote.

For a second or third television in the house, the real question is how easy service will be later. This Rangs 32 inch Google TV carries a 5 years service warranty, along with three years on the panel and two years on parts, which is a longer service window than many sets of this size offer.

If you are shortlisting a 32 inch television for bedroom use, weigh screen size, resolution and warranty cover together rather than one at a time. On all three counts this model is a sensible fit for a small room, and the bezel-light design keeps it from dominating a short wall.
