Rangs Rice Cooker 1.8L Full Body Double Pot

Rangs Rice Cooker 1.8L Full Body Double Pot (model RJC-FB18) is a full body electric rice cooker with a 1.8 litre capacity, sized for the everyday rice needs of a small to medium family.

What sets this Rangs Rice Cooker apart is the double pot arrangement: one stainless steel inner pot and one aluminium inner pot are supplied in the box. You can fit whichever pot suits the job, and keep cooking with the second one while the first is being washed.

The cooker is rated at 700W. A stainless steel steam pot is included, so vegetables and other foods can be steamed alongside rice, and the tempered glass lid lets you watch the pot without lifting the cover. The box also holds a plastic spoon, a measuring cup and a power cable.

When comparing this Double Pot Rice Cooker with other models, the things worth checking are capacity, inner pot material, wattage and the accessories supplied. As a 700W Rice Cooker with two inner pots plus a steam pot, this unit covers boiling and steaming from one appliance.

Important Usage Instructions

• Seat the inner pot squarely on the heating plate and wipe both dry before switching the cooker on.
• Do not fill rice and water past the marked level inside the pot, and use the supplied measuring cup for consistent results.
• Use the plastic spoon rather than metal utensils so the inner pot surface is not scratched.
• Handle the tempered glass lid and the steam pot with a cloth while cooking, since steam and the lid get very hot.
• Unplug the power cable and let the cooker cool before washing the pots; never immerse the main body in water.
