Singer Champ Series 2.8L Rice Cooker

Singer Champ Series 2.8L Rice Cooker (model B888CHAMP) is a 2.8 litre cooker sized for a medium to large household meal. With a 1000 watt heating element, it brings a full pot of rice up to temperature without a long wait.

This is a Double Bowl Rice Cooker built into a metal housing. The inner pot carries a nonstick coating and is made in two layers with an SS type inside using food grade material, so rice lifts off the base cleanly and washing up stays simple.

Cooking is fully automatic. Press the switch and the cooker runs on its own; once the rice is done it moves to the auto keep warm function and holds the pot at serving temperature instead of continuing to cook. The unit runs on 220-240V, 50Hz mains.

As a 1000 Watt Rice Cooker with a 2.8 litre pot, this white Champ model suits families who cook one large batch of rice at a time rather than several small ones.

Important Usage Instructions

• Wash the rice, then add rice and water inside the inner pot only — never pour water directly into the outer body.
• Wipe the outside of the inner pot dry and clear the heating plate of grains before seating the pot.
• Do not fill past the maximum mark of the 2.8 litre pot; rice and water expand while cooking.
• Use a plastic or wooden spoon so the nonstick surface is not scratched by metal.
• Unplug and let the cooker cool before cleaning, and never immerse the main unit in water.
