Vision 32″ QLED TV Z40 Optima Google TV

Vision 32″ QLED TV Z40 Optima Google TV is a 32-inch (80 cm) smart television sized for a bedroom, a study or a second sitting room. Its DLED-backlit QLED panel runs a 1366 × 768 HD resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate, reaches 230 nits of brightness and covers at least 90% of the DCI-P3 gamut, with HDR support alongside a dedicated PC Mode and Game Mode.

Software is where the Vision Z40 Optima pulls away from an ordinary LED set. Google TV built on Android 14 puts the Google Play Store, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Live TV and a media player on the home screen from the first boot. Google Assistant takes spoken search, and Built-in Chromecast throws video from a phone or laptop onto the screen without a dongle or a second box.

Behind the panel sit a quad-core Cortex-A55 processor, a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. As a Vision QLED Google TV it links up over dual-band 2.4GHz / 5GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth 5.0, and the rear panel carries two HDMI ports with CEC / ARC / eARC, two USB ports, a LAN port, an AV input, an optical output, an earphone jack and an RF input.

Audio comes from two bottom-mounted 10W speakers with Dolby Digital Audio, which suits a small room without a separate sound bar. The set draws 60W in use and under 0.5W on standby from an AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz supply, and weighs 3.45 kg with the stand or 3.35 kg without it. Anyone shortlisting a Z40 Optima Google TV or another Vision 32 Inch Smart TV should weigh the panel quality, the casting support and the port count against the size of the room.

Important Usage Instructions

• Leave a few inches of clear space behind and around the set so the rear vents can breathe.
• Use a wall bracket rated for the television's weight and fix it into a solid wall, not a hollow partition.
• Clean the QLED screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and never spray liquid directly onto the panel.
• After connecting a set-top box, console or computer, select the matching HDMI or AV input from the Source menu.
• Run the set through a surge protector where mains voltage is unstable, and unplug it during lightning storms.
