Important Usage Instructions

• Fill only between the minimum and maximum marks — an overfilled 1.8L jug can spit boiling water from the spout.
• Place the jug squarely on its base, keep the base dry, and never immerse the base or the kettle in water.
• Close the lid fully before switching on, otherwise the auto turn off may not trigger when the water boils.
• Descale every few weeks with a diluted vinegar or citric acid solution, then boil and discard two changes of plain water.
• Wipe the silver-coated exterior with a soft damp cloth only; scouring pads will dull the finish.
