Vision Hair Dryer HD-01

Vision Hair Dryer HD-01 is an everyday dryer rather than a salon machine. It runs a DC motor at 1000W, which is enough air to dry hair after a bath or to set it before going out without turning the job into a twenty-minute exercise.

The useful part is that the two controls are separate: 2 speeds and 3 temperature levels. Because airflow and heat are chosen independently, you get six combinations — a gentle low speed with mild warmth for a fringe or a child's hair, and full speed with the highest heat when thick, long hair has to dry quickly. Keeping the heat low and the speed high is also how you dry hair with the least damage, and that is only possible when the two are not locked together.

The body is ABS and the dryer runs on 220~240V, 50/60Hz. The cable is 1.6 m long, which reaches from a bathroom or dressing-table socket to the mirror, and it ends in a two round VDE plug that fits ordinary sockets here. At 245 × 100 × 260 mm it drops into a drawer or a travel bag.

Anyone comparing a 1000W hair dryer should look at the number of speeds and heat levels rather than wattage alone. This DC motor hair dryer gives two of one and three of the other, and comes with a 6 Months Official Warranty through LM Electronics.

Important Usage Instructions

• Towel-dry first and keep the nozzle a hand's width from the scalp; hold it too close and the heat, not the dryer, damages the hair.
• Use a lower temperature level with a higher speed for routine drying, and save the top heat for thick, very wet hair.
• Never use it with wet hands, in the shower or near a filled basin or bucket.
• Keep the rear air inlet clear of hair, dust and cloth while running — a blocked inlet is what overheats a dryer.
• Let it cool before storing, do not wrap the 1.6 m cable tightly around the body, and unplug it after every use.
