Vision Infrared Cooker VISION-XI-26

Vision Infrared Cooker VISION-XI-26 is a 2000 watt strong firepower infrared cooker, with real power listed as 220V, 50Hz, 2000W. Because an infrared plate heats the cooking surface rather than the pot, this XI-26 Infrared Cooker can take pots of different materials — a point the maker lists explicitly.

The cooking surface combines A-grade crystal glass with tempered glass and carries high-temperature resistance up to 800°C. Heat is set through 8-stage power settings, which covers everything from a fast fry to a slow simmer without guesswork.

The cooker measures 341 × 411 × 65 mm, so it is barely six and a half centimetres thick and slides onto a shelf or into a drawer when the cooking is done. The power cord runs 1.5 m, which helps when the socket is not right beside the counter.

An inverter function allows for up to 50% energy savings. Judged against other cooktops, the VSN-XI-26 stands on wattage, glass type, the number of power stages and its slim footprint.

Important Usage Instructions

• Use flat-bottom heat-safe cookware and keep it centred on the marked cooking area.
• The glass top heats up directly, so do not touch it straight after cooking and keep cloth or plastic well away.
• Step the heat down through the 8 power stages instead of running at the top setting throughout a long cook.
• Set the cooker on a dry, level surface with the vents unblocked, and unplug the 1.5 m cord after use.
• Wipe the cooled glass with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; avoid steel wool, sharp scrapers and dragging heavy pots across the panel.
