Walton 8.5L Air Fryer WAF-Turbo

The Walton 8.5L Air Fryer sits in the size most Bangladeshi families actually need. Four-litre fryers force you to cook in batches for anything more than two people, while the very largest models take up counter space that a normal kitchen cannot spare. At 8.5 litres the WAF-Turbo cooks enough chicken, chips or vegetables for a family meal in one run, without dominating the worktop.

Walton 8.5L Air Fryer WAF-Turbo — Touch Control, Family-Size Basket

Touch Control Instead of Dials

The clearest difference between this model and the knob-operated fryers around it is the touch panel. Temperature and time are set by tapping rather than turning, the display shows exactly what is selected, and the flat glass surface wipes clean in one pass — no ridges around a dial collecting oil and flour. For a machine used several times a week, that matters more than the spec sheet suggests.

More Than Frying

A 1400 watt element combined with rapid air circulation moves hot air around the whole basket, which is what crisps the surface using up to 80% less oil than deep frying. The same mechanism bakes, roasts and reheats: the 80°C to 210°C range covers everything from warming leftovers without drying them out to roasting chicken properly, and the 60-minute timer switches the unit off by itself so a longer bake needs no supervision.

Being a Walton unit, warranty and spare parts run through the brand's own countrywide service centres, and this model carries a 1 year warranty. If you cook for a larger household, the 9.5 litre WAF-Crystal is the next step up; otherwise compare the whole air fryer range side by side.
