Important Usage Instructions

• Wipe spills once the surface is cool — sugar and milk bake onto a hot top and stain it.
• Keep the burner ports clear; a blocked port shows up as a yellow, uneven flame.
• Dry the burner cap fully after washing before you relight it.
• Match the pot to the burner — a small pan on a large flame wastes gas around the sides.
• Close the cylinder valve when the kitchen will be empty for a long stretch.
