Walton Dynamic Die Cast Casserole Pan 24cm (Induction)

Walton Dynamic Die Cast Casserole Pan 24cm (Induction) (model WCW-DCCDI24) is a 24 cm casserole from the Dynamic Die Cast series, built on a thick die cast aluminium body. The heavy base spreads heat evenly across the cooking surface, which helps with rice, khichuri, curries and slow-cooked meat.

The cooking surface carries an environment friendly PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free FDA approved ceramic coating. This Walton Die Cast Casserole 24cm is a high abrasion resistance cookware, so the coating holds up to regular use, and the pan is easy to clean after cooking. It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 302°F (150°C), and it is a recyclable product.

As an Induction Casserole Pan 24cm, it works on a gas stove, an induction cooker and an infrared cooker, so you can move it between cooktops without changing pans. The 4 mm thick tempered glass lid resists high temperature and lets you watch the food without lifting the cover. The handle and the glass lid knob are Bakelite with a premium soft touch wooden texture finishing.

This Die Cast Aluminum Casserole measures 24 cm, weighs 1640 gm net and 1906 gm gross, and ships in a carton of 350 × 257 × 138 mm. It is available in several attractive colour options.

Important Usage Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat; a die cast base holds heat well, so very high flame is rarely needed.
• Use wooden, silicone or nylon spoons and avoid sharp metal tools that can scratch the ceramic coating.
• Let the pan cool down on its own before washing; pouring cold water on a hot pan can damage the coating.
• Keep oven use within 302°F (150°C) and do not place the pan under a direct grill flame.
• Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish liquid, dry it fully, and stack with a cloth in between to protect the surface.
