Walton Dynamic Die Cast Casserole Pan 26cm (Induction)

Walton Dynamic Die Cast Casserole Pan 26cm (Induction) (model WCW-DCCDI26) is the 26 cm member of the Dynamic Die Cast series. The wider 26 cm mouth suits larger family batches, and the thick die cast aluminium body spreads heat evenly so rice, khichuri and slow-cooked curries are less likely to catch at the base.

The cooking surface uses an environment friendly PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free FDA approved ceramic coating. This Walton Die Cast Casserole 26cm is a high abrasion resistance cookware, so the finish stands up to daily use and stays easy to clean. It is dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 302°F (150°C) and is a recyclable product.

Used as an Induction Casserole Pan 26cm, it runs on a gas stove, an induction cooker and an infrared cooker, so the same pot moves between cooktops. The 4 mm thick tempered glass lid is high temperature resistant and lets you check the pot without lifting the cover. The handle and lid knob are Bakelite with a premium soft touch wooden texture finishing.

This Die Cast Aluminum Casserole measures 26 cm, weighs 1878 gm net and 2155 gm gross, and ships in a carton of 365 × 275 × 145 mm. Several attractive colour options are available.

Important Usage Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat; the die cast base retains heat, so a very high flame is rarely needed.
• Stir with wooden, silicone or nylon utensils and keep sharp metal tools away from the ceramic coating.
• Let the casserole cool naturally before washing instead of putting a hot pan under cold water.
• Keep oven use within 302°F (150°C) and never place the pan under a direct grill flame.
• Clean with a soft sponge and mild dish liquid, dry it fully, and place a cloth between pans when stacking.
