Walton Hand Mixer WBL-HM350

Walton Hand Mixer WBL-HM350 is a handheld electric mixer that quickly whisks eggs, whips cream or butter, and kneads cake or bread dough. Its motor is rated at 350 watts (block rotor) and can spin up to 25000 RPM, so it maintains speed even in thick mixtures.

This machine features 5 speed settings with an accelerate function. Low speed for light tasks and high speed for heavy dough can both be controlled from the same grip. It comes with 2 beater hooks for eggs, cream, and batter, 2 dough hooks for kneading, and a complimentary mixing bowl.

To prevent fatigue during extended use, the handle is designed to be ergonomic and easy-grip, and the entire unit is lightweight — net weight is only 0.878 kg. An easy ejection button releases the hooks when the work is done, and the flexible power cord makes it easy to maneuver in the kitchen. The body features an SS decorative strip.

Important Usage Instructions

• Fit the beater hooks for eggs, cream, and batter, and the dough hooks for flour mixes; push each hook in until it clicks.
• Start at the lowest speed to bring the ingredients together, then step up the speed and use the accelerate function only when needed.
• Keep the hooks inside the bowl before switching on, and switch off before lifting the mixer out.
• Run heavy dough in short spells and give the motor a rest between them instead of running it non-stop.
• Unplug before pressing the ejection button, wash only the hooks and bowl, and wipe the motor body with a damp cloth.
