Walton Induction Based Casserole Pan 26cm

Walton Induction Based Casserole Pan 26cm is a 26 centimeter induction base casserole pan from the Walton Classic Series. A stainless steel induction bottom plate is fitted underneath, so this Walton Casserole Pan 26cm works on an induction cooker as well as on a regular gas stove.

Inside, the pan carries a German Brand Greblon C3+ non-stick surface, while the outside is finished with German Brand Greblon HTR coating. The 3 layer non-stick coating is PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free and FDA approved, so you can cook curries, khichuri or rice with less oil and nothing sticks to the base.

The body is made from food grade aluminum, which spreads heat quickly and evenly across the 26cm cooking surface. The thick tempered glass lid lets you watch the pot without lifting it, and the bakelite knob and handle resist high temperature while staying cool enough to grip.

If you are comparing this Induction Casserole Pan with other options, look at the coating type, whether an induction plate is fitted and the diameter you actually need. The Walton Classic Casserole 26cm is dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 302°F (180°C) and made from recyclable material.
