This Walton Handi Pressure Cooker is made from pure virgin food grade aluminum with a 2.8 mm body thickness, so heat spreads evenly and the body resists denting. The exterior is mirror polished for easy cleaning, the unit measures 420 × 260 × 220 mm and the net weight is 1740 ± 100 gm with a gross weight of 2220 ± 100 gm.

Safety comes from a new and improved pressure releasing valve, a long lasting safety valve and gasket, and a heatproof, strong bakelite handle. All spare parts are IS:2347 tested and certified, and one free set of gasket and safety valve is included in the box.

Important Usage Instructions

• Never fill the cooker more than two-thirds full, and keep at least the minimum water level for every batch.
• Check that the gasket is seated properly and the safety valve is clear before locking the lid.
• Lower the flame once pressure builds up, and keep the base within the size of the burner ring.
• Let the pressure drop fully on its own before opening the lid; never force the lid open.
• Wash the body and lid by hand, dry them well, and replace the gasket when it hardens or loses shape.
