Walton Wok Pan 26cm with Glass Lid Classic Induction

Walton Wok Pan 26cm with Glass Lid Classic Induction is a 26 cm induction base wok from the Walton Classic Series. With a stainless steel induction bottom plate fitted underneath, this wok can be used on both induction cookers and regular gas stoves.

The interior is coated with German Brand Greblon C3+ non-stick and the exterior with German Brand Greblon HTR. The 3 layer non-stick coating is PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free and FDA approved, so bhuna, stir fried vegetables and biryani come off the surface cleanly with far less oil.

A food grade aluminum body spreads heat quickly and evenly across the deep 26 cm bowl, which suits the constant stirring a wok is used for. The thick tempered glass lid lets you check the pot without lifting it, and the bakelite knob and handle stay cool enough to grip during long cooking.

Comparing this Induction Wok Pan with others comes down to coating brand, whether an induction plate is present and the diameter your family needs. The Walton Classic Wok Pan 26cm is dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 302°F (180°C) and made from recyclable material.
