Walton Wok Pan with Glass Lid Classic (26 cm) is a deep, sloped-wall wok built for the way Bangladeshi curries are actually cooked — long bhuna, constant stirring and a lot of masala moving around. The 26 cm mouth and deep base give gravy somewhere to go, so nothing spills over the rim while you toss vegetables, rice or meat.

Its base is an induction type bottom, so this induction wok pan works on an induction cooker as well as on a normal gas burner. Important Usage Instructions

• Preheat on low to medium flame before adding oil; a dry wok on high heat damages non-stick coating.
• Stir with wooden or silicone spatulas and keep metal forks, knives and steel spoons away from the surface.
• On an induction cooker, centre the wok on the hob and start at a lower power step before raising it.
• Let the pan cool before washing and never plunge a hot glass lid into cold water.
• Dry the pan fully after washing and stack it with a cloth in between to protect the coating.
